Returns for Defective or Damaged Goods

  1. Tell us within 48 hours.

    If an item is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery. Claims after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

  2. Keep the item and evidence.

    Do not dispose of the goods. We may ask for batch numbers, photos of the damage, or that you return the item for inspection.

  3. Return and inspection.

    Return the product for testing. If it is confirmed defective within 30 days of purchase, you may choose a refund, a replacement, or an exchange for an alternative product. If the product is unavailable, we will refund the product and postage fees.

  4. When damage is not our fault.

    If inspection shows the issue is due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, you will be liable for any return costs.

  5. How to return.

    Send returns with your original order number via recorded delivery, fully insured for the item's value. You must take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.

Returns for Unwanted Goods

  1. 14-day return window.

    Changed your mind? Return unused, sealed goods within 14 days of purchase. Returns are at your expense and must include the original order number. We will refund the full cost of the goods, excluding delivery charges.

  2. Hygiene policy.

    Goods must be unused and sealed in their original packaging. Because electronic cigarettes are oral products, used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective.

  3. Your responsibility.

    You must take reasonable care of items while they are in your possession. We recommend recorded delivery and secure packaging. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
